True deep genuine connection - the kind that makes your heart swell and your insides feel rich - is rare.  And to experience that level of truth, authenticity, and intimacy in a safe and open-minded group is such a gift. Many of us crave this kind of deep connection, but we often don't know how to get it.

I am offering a space where we can all be fully be seen, heard, and witnessed for who we are and learn to experience others in a new way, while honoring ourselves and staying true to our own experience.

Circling consists of relational meditation and conversation about what’s actually happening for you right here and now.  It's a chance to drop our cognitive past ruminations and future anxiety stories, and just be.  

Circling is a unique kind of communication that opens deeper levels of connection.  Using a meditative, slowing-down framework, we welcome everything, all parts of us, and create a safe container to experience vulnerability.  We skip the small talk, and ground our attention in the present moment, sharing what it's like to be together and what comes up for us as others share.  We get curious about ourselves, others, and the ways in which we impact each other.  We allow ourselves and others to feel safe revealing parts of us that tend to stay hidden or masked in some way without needing to change, fix, or help anyone.  The intention is to drop in and get in touch with what’s most true for us as we’re together, and get to know ourselves and each other so much better.
